https://ift.tt/2PmPp3q 生活在中国，大多数人总是在岁月的流逝中不断地自责、自悔。我出国前因茉莉花革命被抓后由父亲签字取保候审，被强制待在父母家中，几次听到母亲回忆起以前的事时，经常说“我那时几哈（傻）啊，我那时几哈啊！”。 以前因家庭成分问题导致受到严重剥削压迫，一家人饭都吃不饱。但母亲为了应付亲戚间情礼往来（婚丧生日等）而不得不从本来不足的口粮中省下一些来换钱，全家人都脸色苍白。后来弟弟因无钱医治而致病情加重不得不送医院，却因医院打吊瓶时用错药而不幸夭折。再后来又生了个妹妹，也不幸被喝了酒的赤脚医生打错药而夭折，而当时是母亲抱着只有点轻微感冒的她去村卫生室的，因为有之前我弟弟病情被拖延的惨痛教训。 母亲一悔不该把粮食、鸡蛋省下来换钱，二悔不该拖延弟弟的治疗，三悔不该抱妹妹去本卫生室。亲戚们也都因为第二、第三条责怪母亲，甚至我辞职亲戚们也都责怪母亲。导致她很大的精神压力。亲戚们因为政府的信息封锁，见识有限，无法认识到中国的制度缺陷是根本因素，虽然他们各自家庭都遭遇到各种类似的不幸。 我母亲是非常伟大的，即使在她受到各种压力而尝试过自杀，仍然做出巨大牺牲，供我和妹妹上完学。 我当时竟然没有想到安慰母亲，只是静静地听着。可能是我当时也陷入了很深的悲痛中吧。因为家庭成分我们受到其他人的疏远（小孩子们也听他们父母的），弟弟是我唯一的幼年伙伴。自从他突然离开人世后，我就陷于孤独之中，总觉得自己的心远处安放。 不仅是当年成分不好的家庭，从共产党窃取国家政权以来，大多数中国人深受压迫，生活贫苦，少年儿童无钱上学，老人无钱看病，轻壮年无法靠自己的勤劳让家人过上幸福的生活。不幸总是如影子般地伴随着中国人，这不仅是遭遇不幸者个人的悲哀，也是其家人的心理重负。即使遭遇不幸者已经接受了自己的命运，或者已经不情愿地离开了这个世界，家人们却不时受到悔恨的折磨。而我们，却连安慰的想法都失去了。这是多么的反人类啊！ 现在有些痛骂国人者，实际上也是一种心理折射，恨自己而骂他人。 点击量：8

https://ift.tt/2BeaBjO 今天（德国时间十月14日，星期一），位于慕尼黑的拜恩邦最高邦法院（共匪译法：巴伐利亚最高州法院）发表一个它于本月2日做出的判决：两名女学生从被一家超市的垃圾桶里“捡”走食物，犯了盗窃罪。 多年内，有不少因为贫穷而不得不在垃圾桶里找食物的人被法院判决盗窃罪。因此很多公益组织就故意到各超市或有钱人家垃圾桶里“捡”被丢弃的食物，以抗议有些德国人无端浪费食物的习惯及法院的荒唐判决。在德国，虽然节俭是美德，但有些人却很不珍惜食物，将很多尚能食用的都扔进了垃圾桶。即使在我们宿舍楼里，也有很多并不富裕的德国学生将只是稍微有些发蔫的食物去进垃圾桶，一个原因是家教问题，另一个重要的原因是德国食物便宜，有些没有环保意识的人丢弃食物因此不心疼。 但这里重点要讨论的是德国法律的荒唐之处。如以前我介绍过的，德国还是延续铁血宰相俾斯麦时代制定的法律。当时为了维护“贵族”（大家以后别跟着共匪二代用贵族这个词了，所谓贵族就是特权阶层，以压迫剥削民众为生）的利益，法律上给了他们很多特权，至今仍未被废除。 当时为了保护压迫阶层的特权，无视贫寒家庭的困苦，将捡食“贵族”家垃圾的行为定为盗窃罪。又比如以罚金代替坐牢。现在德国刑法中凡五年之内的，几乎都是这样规定的“不低于X年有期徒刑或者罚金”，当时就是为了照顾“贵族”而订立的，当然德国如今普遍富裕了，很多普通人也都付得起罚金了。所以现在也有不少人为此条款辩护，认为有些人对坐牢无所谓，但要他交罚金就心疼了。这听起来似乎有逻辑，但违背常理，因为大多数人是不愿意失去自由的。 德国拜恩邦是一个备受其它邦诟病的地区，包括拜恩邦的居民，都经常嘲笑本邦的政府或议会，说他们总想显示自己比德国其它邦“高级”，所以经常做些可笑的蠢事，比如拒绝合理变通。像将捡被丢弃的食物这事，虽然议员们很多是有钱人，不愿意更改一百多年前的法律条款，但法官是可以根据社会发展的实际情况，特别是人的尊严不可侵犯（德国宪法原文是不可触动，就是摸都不准摸的意思）是宪法第一条第一句规定的，一个穷得去垃圾箱中找食物，人的尊严已经受到了侮辱，如果再判他盗窃，更是雪上加霜了。但拜恩的法院却非要坚持按死板的旧法律判决。 本文开头提到的判例，还是邦高等法院的上诉判决，不是最低级法院的一审判决，可见这不仅仅一个法官的水平欠佳或是一个小地方的习惯。而是某些不健康

https://ift.tt/2ooXeLb 共匪拿刀把我的自行车削了，车篓毁坏，站架弄断了！ 前天晚上十一点左右我从柏林回来时用过自行车，当时一切完好。昨天下雨，我是步行去的驾校，全天没有用自行车。今天下午两点左右，我欲出门寄参加联邦总理府的招待会的来回车票而打算用自行车。来到院子里时却突然发现自行车后座上的篮子被毁坏得严重，完全瘪塌了。我当时还以为是被哪个特别胖的邻居不小心倒在上面压坏了，所以就动手自己修复。在修复得差不多时，忽然看到篮子边框有被刀削过的很长的痕迹。 我仔细研究之后，确认是刀削的痕迹而不是倒地时被刮到的，其一是被削一侧的边框是向篮内坍塌的，不可能被地面或其它自选车刮到；其二是即使被其它自行车刮到，也不能有如此整齐的刀削痕迹。我为了同楼的人，没有任何人发现从前天晚上到今天中午有胖子倒在自行车的事发生过。 因此我判断是有人故意毁坏，随即拨打了110，110接电话的工作人员建议我将自行车带到附近派出所登记。在问明派出所地址后准备去派出所时，我又发现自行车站架被从中间齐齐整整地弄断了。如果是被特别重的胖子压断的，应该是从支架基部断裂，而不是从中间。所以很有可能是被人用工具弄断的。 四年前在我参加两场关于中国人权及言论审查的演讲前几天，自行车也被人毁坏。还把前车轮螺母卸掉了，幸好我在上公路前发现了，不然一个急刹车，车轮就飞出去，我也会摔倒在车轮下。 当时纽伦堡人权办公室主任的价值不菲的自行车也被人严重破坏。因为她主持了由纽伦堡市议会决定的为我召开的介绍会，我在会上介绍了共匪在强拆、打压访民、镇压法轮功及藏人（当时还没有新疆集中营）等方面严重侵犯人权的罪行（在我发言结束后，费良勇还问我你不怕不让你回国吗？我当时还的确没考虑过这方面）。共匪可能因此恼怒而报复、恐吓她。同时共匪驻慕尼黑领事也联系纽伦堡市长，要求纽伦堡市政府的工作人员不得参与任何与我有关的活动。一方面破坏昂贵的自行车，一方面官方出面警告，意思已经是非常明确的了，该人权办公室主任也的确不敢得罪流氓势力了。 其实了解共匪者，只要联系我前天在柏林声援香港抗议的活动及今天自行车被毁的事，就会立即知道是共匪干的。但对于不太了解共匪本质的人，还是需要告诉他们上面这些详细信息，以便他们做出相应的判断。我相信大多数人会倾向于认为自行车是共匪指使他们在外国安排的走狗干的。 下面为自行车被损坏的部位：

Vor vier Jahren werden mein Fahrrad und das Fahrrad von der Leiterin des Nürnberger Menschenrechtsbüros direkt vor zwei Menschenrechtsveranstaltungen über China schon mal zerstört, weil die Leiterin mich unterstützt hat. Ich habe heute in unserem Vorhof zuerst nur den total verbogenen Fahrradkoffer gesehen und dachte von einem Mitbewohner oder einer Mitbewohnerin unabsichtlich verursacht, deshalb habe ich ihn selbst gleichzeitig repariert. Aber dann habe ich gesehen, der Rand des Koffers wurde vom Messer geschnitten, das ist sicher kein Zufall, wenn ich mit dem Fahrrad zur Polizei fahren wollte, bemerkte ich, dass der Ständer auch grausam durchgebrochen wurde. Mein Bruder, der im Alter von vier Jahren wegen dem vom Arzt oder von der Krankenschwester falsch eingesetzten (Intravenösen)Tropf gestorben ist, war mit mir im Hof von meiner Tante fotografiert. Damals war er vielleicht 2 Jahre alt. Dies Erlebnis habe ich schon seit langer vergessen, weiß nicht warum ist heute frühmorgens aufgetaucht. Ich habe meine Schwester gebeten, meine Tante zu fragen, ob dies wirklich geschehen ist, wenn ja, ob das Foto noch da ist. 点击量：4

https://ift.tt/2VdQHPe 日记：今日（2018年10月5日）清晨，突然梦见幼年时弟弟（乳名东屋）和我在姑家合影，恍然惊觉此事实曾发生，弟弟因医院用错药甚早夭折，我早已忘记其相貌，但梦中其形象相对清晰且与深层记忆切合。当时尚年幼，照相事在脑海中没有留下印象，今日突然忆起。醒来即给妹发信息，请她问姑是否有此事，如是，照片是否仍可辨。模糊记得当时姑请走乡串户的照相个体户在她家院子里帮忙照的。 可能弟弟和妹妹因医生、护士用错药而夭折之事，给我造成巨大伤痛而导致内心的一部分不再成长，至今仍停留在童年时期。这可能也是我一直悲天悯人，坚持追求社会公正，力图为农民、城市贫民创造一个有保障的中国社会的部分原因吧。其它原因可能包括我外公家我家遭受到的共产党的残酷压迫及自幼年所见农村人贫苦生活。 点击量：9
